That's a big part of what we do. If the existing frame is solid, we can often build the new composite surface on it; if it isn't, we'll rebuild it right. We do. Decks and even screened porches can go up in the colder months—we've finished projects in January, working through the cold to keep them on schedule. Chicago weather sets some limits, but more is possible than most people assume.

Do I need a permit to build a deck in Buffalo Grove?

Can you combine a deck with a gazebo, pergola, or patio?
